What is WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is a free online chatting app. We can send voice and text messages to relatives, friends, etc. There is no subscription fee for WhatsApp. It is used in 180+ countries. WhatsApp has a good and friendly interface. It can be used for business purposes or for chatting. It allows audio and video call for free. WhatsApp is a product of Meta like Facebook and Instagram.
WhatsApp Interface
Camera
In WhatsApp, there is a camera for making videos or pictures. It also shows gallery pictures in the slideshow mode. It has a button on the bottom right to convert the camera to front or back. There is a Rounded button in the bottom center. If the central button is pressed for no time, then it will capture a picture. But if that button is pressed for a long time, it will capture a video of 26 seconds. There is a light button to use the camera at the night. Light flashes when the picture is captured. There is a line written on the button to use the camera that "Hold for video, tab for photo".
Chats
The second option in WhatsApp is Chat where can send messages like text, video, audio, pictures, etc to our contacts. There is another option to pin chats. This facility allows users to pin the favorite or most in-touch chat on the top. Pinned Chat allows only 3 Chats to be pinned on the top. The Chats section carries chats and groups both.
Status
In WhatsApp status users are allowed to upload pics, videos (30 Second each status), and text. This button is on the top of the status. The next step is recent updates. This section is for the statuses of the contacts of users where they can see others' status. And the third option is viewed updates. This section is for the status that users have seen already.
Calls
In the calls section of WhatsApp, users can do audio and video call to their relatives, friends, or contacts. All the calls are recorded in this section of the call that has ended.
